Terms and Conditions

1) As items are handmade you will find that some items of jewellery will have a slight difference in colour, tone and shape if the bead used is of natural source ie. wood, bone, and shell. Jewellery By Krace can not be held responsible for this.

2) Semi Precious stones will have lots of variation of patterns and colour tones as well. If orders are placed for more than one item then these will not be identical.

3) Jewellery will not with stand any mistreatment. It must not be used for anything other than its purpose as an accessory for body decoration.

4) Do not allow children to play with jewellery. Jewellery By Krace will not be held responsible for this.

5) Do not wear jewellery when undertaking any sports, manual work, exercise and do not imerse in water.

6)Privacy Policy:- Personal details entered in for delivery purposes will go no further than myself. I will not pass any of your details to any other businesses or web sites. I will use them for delivery purposes only.

PAYMENT

7) Payment is made via credit/debit cards and PayPal so I never see any of your bank details and they are delt with by Pay Pal only. Pay Pal is authorised by the financial services Authority. All online payments are secure as Pay Pal uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

I also accept cheques but please go through the payment process as normal then the option will appear and it will tell you who to make cheques payable to. The order will then be sent out to you once the cheque has cleared. If you are ordering for birthdays etc please allow time for the transaction to take place.

8)I am not a VAT registered company so you do not pay tax on my items.

9)I accept cheques but your order will not be sent until the cheque has arrived and it has cleared, then you order will be sent.

10) All images are taken by myself and are very colour accurate. The images are taken in colour controlled studio. All images are edited by myself there for a lot of hard work has gone into getting them right so please do not take them or copy them for your own use. If you really want an image please ask me. All images are owned by Krace Handmade Jewellery 2007 to 2009.
