I can't help getting excited about Steampunk items! With this pair of earrings I have brought together the two main parts which make up Steampunk, the age of steam and old watch and clock parts. Old brass watch parts put together with fabulous little antique copper steam engines and a swarovski AB crystal to boot! I found two old brass watch parts almost identical and have put little steam enginges on these. (The detail on the locomotives being excellent) Just behind the locomotives I have place a swarovski AB crystal which in the right light not only sparkles but looks like steam coming out of the loco!
Go back to the romantic age of steam........
