POSTAGE

Postage is free if you spend £35 or more but this will only be first class. Special delivery or recorded is NOT included in this. If you require Special delivery please email and I will send a paypal invoice for the extra.

Standard delivery cost will be £1:50 First Class

Recorded delivery £3.00 First Class

Special Delivery (Royal Mail) £6.50 ( If order placed by 10 am)

Special Delivery for a  Friday to Sat option is £10.00. 

This charge is in place because I have been charged this amount for asking for Friday to Sat special delivery option. If you want it sent on Friday for Sat delivery you must choose this payment option. However please bear in mind the post office do not guarantee delivery for next day even with this option. The order for this option must be placed between 12 am and 10 am on the friday.

If you place your order by 10 am the item/s will be sent out same day (Providing its a one off item). Orders after 10 am will be sent out next day first class post. However if you require something in a hurry, please email me and Ill always do my best to get things to you asap.

USA and Canada  is £7.50

Nearly all my items are single designs so once you have placed your order by clicking add to cart and go through the payment process (you do not need a paypal account to do this) your item or items will be sent out via first class post.

REFUNDS

I am happy to refund or exchange an item in saleable condition returned to me within 14 days.The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods if the item is not damaged. It must be sent back using the same packaging as it was sent.

Bespoke or custom made items cannot be refunded.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons but can be replaced if they arrive to you damaged and are returned within 7 days in the original packing.

CHEQUES

I accept cheques but your order will not be sent until the cheque has arrived to me and it has cleared. You must also go through the order process to find out who to make the cheque payable to. The option will appear once you start the buying process.

I like to be as enviroment friendly as possible so please be aware that I reuse my packing envelopes to send orders out in. The envelopes are only reused if they are in good condition. All items will be securely packaged to avoid damage.

PACKAGING

If you place an order for a piece of wedding jewellery or tiara or headband then it will come to you gift boxed. There is no extra charge for this.

Also all watches will be sent out in a gift box for no extra charge.
